The First Tee of Hampton Roads YMCA The First Tee of Hampton Roads YMCA is owned and operated by the YMCA of South Hampton Roads and is comprised of three locations. Our 55-acre Virginia Beach facility includes a nine-hole course, driving range, putting green, short-game practice area and Learning Center/Clubhouse. Our 40-acre Upshur Neck facility located on the Eastern Shore of Virginia includes a nine-hole golf course, driving range and short-game practice area. Our Lambert's Point program operates from the Lambert's Point Golf Course in downtown Norfolk.
